Once a room has been reserved, NO DEPOSIT will be REFUNDED unless the room is rebooked. If final payment is not received by August 12, 2011, your deposit will be returned and your room rebooked. Once a room has been booked, then if canceled within six (6) days prior to arrival, the first night lodging and room tax will be forfeited.
